A minimum of three years of direct full-time customer experience (CX) work experience in a professional setting.
A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a CX-related role.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the six core competencies of the CX field: customer-centric culture, voice of the customer, customer insight, experience design, measurement, and strategy.
Completion of an independent application that includes employment history and a demonstration of knowledge and skills in the CX competencies.
Agreement to adhere to the CXPA Code of Conduct and ongoing professional development requirements to maintain certification.
Passing the CCXP exam, which assesses the candidate's knowledge and understanding of CX principles and practices.
