Its project-based interview is identity-blind and assesses for engineering skills that are actually used on the job, while also assisting companies in reducing interview time. For many of their clients, including Dropbox, Lyft, Betterment, Robinhood, and Quibi, Byteboard has increased onsite-to-offer rates by more than twofold.
