Employee Benefits
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Experience implementing media technologies or site analytics in support of Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, or Programmatic strategies
- Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to use operational ticketing and project management tools
- Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communications skills, with strong experience in communicating with internal stakeholders
- Strategic and analytical planning and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of digital media KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc, and how they are measured is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, ambitious individual with a passion for marketing technology
- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Experience implementing media or site analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Google Search Ads 360, Invoca, Google Campaign Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Advertising, etc).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
- Experience with Google Search Console
- Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok, or Reddit
- Experience with Display & Video 360 or Campaign Manager 360
- Experience with TheTradeDesk
- Experience working remotely
