Member of Technical Staff, Data Scientist

As a data scientist at Inflection AI, you will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of data science for the company's product. This includes working with product and design on experiment ideation, analyzing data with statistical rigor, and collaborating with research and engineering teams to exploit insights. The ideal candidate should have experience as a data scientist and with data tools like PySpark, Pandas, and SQL, as well as familiarity with LLMs and NLP trends. • Own the full lifecycle of data science for the product
• Work with product and design on experiment ideation or engineering on data pipelines
• Analyze data and test hypotheses with statistical rigor
• Work with research and engineering teams to exploit insights
• Be the voice of the user by using data to tell their story
• Define metrics and "best practices" to help build the best product
• Have experience as a data scientist and with data tools like PySpark, Pandas, and SQL
• Be familiar with LLMs and the current state and trends in NLP
• Be comfortable stepping into a novel product domain
• Challenge assumptions, put forward new ideas, or encourage the team to move faster
