O365 Support Engineer

Fivesky is seeking a skilled and experienced O365 Support Engineer who excels in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the O365 environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of experience working with O365 solutions during a hybrid migration. They should also possess a strong understanding of cyber security and compliance, as well as excellent knowledge of the Office ProPlus suite, including Teams, Intune, Exchange, O365 Mobile, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The role involves providing remote support to end users, collaborating with engineers in the security space, and ensuring successful migrations to O365 while adhering to security regulations.

- Support end users remotely, diagnosing and resolving their issues or escalating as needed. - Work alongside collaborative engineers in the security space to ensure successful pre and post migration to O365. - Work with Azure and Azure Identity Protection to ensure data migrations follow security regulations. - Engage in troubleshooting best practices across various O365 platforms, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Office ProPlus, and O365 Mobile Productivity Suite. - Document procedures and processes with attention to detail, ensuring protection controls are in place (AIP and DLP). - Understand Azure Active Directory and authentication controls. - Familiarity with networking at the enterprise level. - Possess advanced PowerShell scripting experience. - Have 0365 Architecture experience.
