About the position
Join our squad at Butternut Box! We are looking for a People Lead to join our team and ensure that our members feel valued and engaged. As a key part of our Butternut squad, you will be responsible for fostering excellent employee experiences, driving engagement, and supporting team development. Responsibilities
- Being a dedicated advocate for our squad members and fostering excellent employee experiences.
- Driving engagement through effective communication and creating a positive work environment.
- Supporting team development, championing diversity, and facilitating talent reviews.
- Collaborating with the People Team to enhance data competency and process compliance.
- Prioritising squad member engagement and delivering a top-notch candidate to employee experience.
- Business Partnering with our operational leaders.
Requirements
- Experience working in a People Team or HR team
- Pragmatic, adaptable, and resilient with a humble spirit
- Engaging and approachable personality
- CIPD qualification (optional)
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
