Product Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate

Faire is seeking a Product Strategy & Analytics Associate to work with their Product, Engineering, and Design teams to make data-driven product decisions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data science, product or consulting. They will be responsible for breaking down complex problems to uncover actionable insights, communicating data-driven insights to drive product strategy, ensuring data is trustworthy and reliable, building cross-functional relationships, and contributing to the team and company data culture. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $168,500 per year, depending on location.

• Break down complex problems to uncover actionable insights

• Build cross-functional relationships with PMs, engineers, designers, and ops to ensure product teams are using data thoughtfully and correctly

• 3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data science, product or consulting.
• Strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving them.
• Strong communicator who can crisply communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences.
• Solid analytical foundation with the ability to use SQL to query large datasets, experience with A/B testing, and strong analytical rigor.
• Strong product and business intuition with the ability to contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals and have a strong understanding of product and business metrics.
• Scrappy and resourceful with the ability to find a way to make things happen.
• Extraordinarily fast learner with natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a very short time.
