Project Manager (US Remote)

As a Project Manager, you will be the first point of contact for selected customers, responsible for developing and implementing tailored project plans to ensure successful project implementation. You will conduct face-to-face meetings and calls with customers and internal stakeholders to drive proactive initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires 2-4 years of project management experience and familiarity with IT-related concepts. You will work closely with the Beekeeper Customer Success team, customer teams, and partners to deliver the defined outcomes and manage customer expectations.

• Develop, review and implement tailored project plans for designated customers
• Exercise influence with customers to help them make decisions
• Conduct face to face customer meetings and calls on a regular basis
• Drive proactive initiatives and ensure strong adoption
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and manage expectations
• Coordinate activities with implementation partners
• Ensure customer satisfaction with project progress, goals, and outcomes

• 2-4 years of experience in project management
• Familiarity with IT-related concepts and processes
• Ability to develop, review, and implement tailored project plans
• Ability to exercise influence with customers to help them make decisions
• Strong customer management skills and experience
• Ability to work with diverse teams
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized and methodical with excellent follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle
• Bonus points for experience with enterprise customers, full lifecycle SaaS implementation, integration projects, working in a SaaS company, and understanding of APIs and solution architecture.
