Risk Strategy & Operations Lead

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive critical initiatives across Risk functions at Faire. As a member of the Risk Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for protecting our community of brands and retailers by implementing world-class risk management practices. This role requires a highly analytical and data-driven individual who can drive complex analyses, develop operational programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for risk teams and programs, and previous experience in strategy and operations roles.

• Drive strategic, analytical, and operational projects to protect the community of brands and retailers
• Execute, monitor, and implement scalable operational programs and processes
• Build dashboards, monitor, diagnose, and report on key trends across Risk
• Support the development of Risk strategy and planning to increase operational efficiency and reduce exposure to fraud and defaults
• Launch and update queues to identify high-risk accounts for Risk agent review
• Partner cross-functionally to develop and refine policy for programs with significant customer and business impact

• Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in strategy and operations roles
• Highly analytical and data-driven
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for Risk teams, programs, and policy (preferred but not required)
