About the position

Join OANDA, a global leader in online multi-asset trading services, currency data, corporate payments, and FX services. As part of our Sales Outbound Team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients through phone and email, building positive relationships, and closing deals. No prior sales experience in the financial industry is necessary as training will be provided. This is a unique opportunity to develop transferable skills in the financial space and work on a high-growth Singapore market.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new OANDA's Clients from the internal base through phone communication
  • Manage and deepen relationships with a dedicated portfolio of OANDA's high-value Clients
  • Retain and reactivate Clients through proactive management and utilization of OANDA's products and services
  • Identify needs and answer prospects' questions regarding OANDA's products or services
  • Document all Client communications in Salesforce system
  • Attend internal sales meetings, e-meetings, and events in the Singapore office

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the financial industry is not necessary as training will be provided
  • Acquire new OANDA's Clients from our internal base (leads generated by Marketing Team) mostly via phone
  • Manage and deepen new and existing relationships with a dedicated portfolio of OANDA’s Clients (high-value Clients)
  • Retain and reactivate Clients through proactive management, utilizing OANDA's products and services
  • Identify needs and answer prospects questions concerning OANDA’s products or services
  • Document all Client communications in Salesforce system
  • Attend internal sales meetings/e-meetings/events in Singapore office
