Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator on our Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for day to day oversight of Pushpay’s Salesforce.com and additional integrated tech stack. Your main responsibilities will include configuring Salesforce.com to business requirements, providing best practice recommendations, and implementing functionality for internal project stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Operations leadership, business analysts, support administrators, and other teams to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.

• Configure Salesforce.com to meet business requirements
• Provide best practice recommendations and implement functionality for internal project stakeholders
• Work closely with Operations leadership, business analysts, support administrators, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and system administrators
• Ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights
• Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce.com and related systems
• Serve as a primary and secondary expert on additional tooling that interacts with Salesforce
• Drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
• Design and configure Salesforce and integrated tools based on business requirements
• Test configuration and code developed by others on the team
• Follow SDLC best practices, including design reviews and standardized deployment plans
• Create and structure reporting for the Senior Leadership Team
• Provide guidance and coaching to Support Administrators
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with integrated Operations tooling such as omni channel, docusign, drawloop, demandtools, skilljar, etc.
