Seasonal Experience Coordinator

Collective Retreats is seeking an Experience Coordinator to deliver premium service to guests, assist with internal business operations, and contribute to the growth of the brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering excellent customer service, be highly organized and dependable, and have a passion for the outdoors. This is a seasonal role with full-time and part-time opportunities available from May 2023 until the end of September 2023.

• Greet and check-in guests with enthusiasm and attention
• Serve meals to guests and assist with service of Chef's Tasting Menu
• Book activities and/or meals for guests as requested
• Provide local knowledge and suggestions for guests
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest tents/rooms and bathrooms
• Maintain the physical condition of the retreat and equipment
• Assist with breakfast and dinner meals
• Help guests with campfires and s'mores
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team
• Assist the General Manager and other managers as needed

• Must have a passion for working and being in the outdoors
• 2+ years previous experience in hospitality, customer service, and/or outdoor adventure
• Approachable, presentable, and professional
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Hard-working, enthusiastic, and flexible
• Extremely well organized with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work well in remote locations with co-workers
• Strong team player who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver great service
• Hard worker with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willing to work long hours
• Seasonal role; full-time and part-time opportunities
• Must be available from May 2023 until the end of September 2023

• Hourly wage of $22 per hour, plus gratuity
