Senior Finance Operations Account Manager

Pilot is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or M.S. in Accounting or equivalent, 3+ years of industry experience or 1+ year of public accounting experience, excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a love of problem solving. The Senior Finance Operations Account Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality books efficiently to customers, delighting customers with expert guidance and support, managing customer deadlines and expectations, and working with product and engineering teams to define and evolve bookkeeping processes. Additionally, the Senior Finance Operations Account Manager will mentor new graduates and less experienced members of the team, use industry expertise to recommend process improvements, and investigate accounting issues. • Deliver high-quality books efficiently to customers

• B.S. or M.S. in Accounting or equivalent
• Either 3+ years of industry experience or 1+ year of public accounting experience required
