Senior Product Manager

Titan is seeking a Product Manager to join their team and help create a high-velocity, ambitious product roadmap. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, prioritize, build, and ship core features. The Product Manager will also be responsible for measuring the impact of the products and advocating for the needs and experience of the users. The ideal candidate should have experience in building consumer tech products, be accountable, and have a strong ability to balance optimization opportunities with innovative ideas.

• Strategize and prioritize to deliver the best outcomes for users and the business
• Use data, user research, market trends, and product instincts to create a roadmap
• Own product development processes from ideation to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Measure the results of products and iterate based on insights
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on plans and empower them to deliver outcomes
• Clearly document and share roadmap, strategy, decisions, and learnings
• Regularly speak with users, understand their goals and pain points, and advocate for their needs
• Help build a best-in-class product team and company

• 3+ years of PM experience building consumer tech products with technical background (prior work in fintech is a plus)
• Ability to think like an owner and be accountable for outcomes
• Curiosity and ability to gather qualitative evidence through user interviews and market research
• Ability to balance and prioritize high probability optimization opportunities and higher risk 10x ideas
• Comfortable working in small, collaborative, and ambiguous environments
• Fluent in HTML
