Software Engineer

This job is for an Upgrade Engineer at Ivalua, a company that provides Source-to-Pay solutions in a complex global economy. As an Upgrade Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua Solution and are engaged in upgrading the solution when a new major R&D version is released. You will be part of the Upgrade Team, responsible for successfully delivering new R&D enhancements and upgrading customer applications. The team operates with high quality standards and a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing upgrade requests, configuring and customizing the solution, and solving project issues throughout the upgrade cycle.

• Analyse Upgrade requests and discuss new features and their impact on existing solutions with clients
• Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solution to meet specific business requirements
• Reverse engineer and debug to solve project issues throughout all phases of the upgrade cycle
• Develop advanced configuration knowledge and demonstrate strong technical creativity skills to leverage configuration features
