Sr. Salesforce Administrator

As a Business Systems Administrator at Lucid Software, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between lead generation and sales execution. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth flow of data across all internal business systems and maintain consistency in its representation. You will also be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining process automations to minimize end-user administration. Collaboration with internal customers to gather requirements and create systems that support a world-class organization will be a key aspect of your role. • Design, implement, and manage business systems to meet internal customers' technology needs
• Understand and analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for system automation
• Create, configure, and monitor live platforms for maintaining business processes while adhering to system requirements and deadlines
• Communicate and articulate detailed specifications through written and verbal means, including project requirements, requested changes, and testing results
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into understandable written requirements or action items
