About The Position

QSIC is an Audio + AI company redefining what in-store means for retailers and brands worldwide. We deploy intelligent audio hardware at scale — across multiple continents, dozens of markets, and hundreds of retail environments. That takes a supply chain that actually works. We're looking for a Supplier & Procurement Manager to own it end-to-end. Not to manage a process someone else built. To build the thing, run it, and make it better. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, you'll be the single owner of how QSIC sources, buys, moves, and installs hardware globally. That means supplier relationships, warehouse strategy, logistics, contracts and the performance frameworks that keep everything honest. If you've spent your career navigating complex supplier ecosystems across the US, APAC and/or LATAM, negotiating commercial agreements and building procurement infrastructure from scratch — this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain role — ideally in hardware, technology, or retail media
  • A track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of global logistics, warehousing, and installation services
  • Comfort working with Legal on MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs with a commercial-first mindset
  • Experience managing suppliers across APAC and LATAM — specifically Japan, South Korea, China, Mexico, and Australia
  • A data-driven approach to supplier performance and the ability to build KPI frameworks that people actually use
  • Ability to navigate cross-cultural business practices and time zone complexity from a US-based schedule
  • Highly organised, commercially sharp, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Procurement Planning & Hardware Buying: End-to-end procurement for all hardware across global installations. Forward-looking demand plans tied to deployment schedules and growth forecasts. Evaluate hardware options across cost, quality, and lead time — and make the call.
  • Global Supplier Partnerships: Identify, select, and onboard supplier partners across hardware, installation services, and logistics. Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with global and regional vendors — with a focus on Japan, South Korea, China, Mexico, and Australia. Build the kind of supplier relationships that get you preferential treatment when things get tight.
  • Warehouse Strategy & Negotiation: Define QSIC's global warehousing strategy: regional hub selection, inventory management, stock positioning. Negotiate warehouse agreements on cost, capacity, security, and fulfilment SLAs.
  • Transportation & Installer Bids: Manage freight and last-mile logistics procurement across all markets. Run competitive bid processes for installation partners — evaluating cost, quality, geographic coverage, and track record. Oversee software and professional services vendor selection and commercial engagement.
  • Contracts & Legal Alignment: Lead negotiation and execution of MSAs and SOWs across the supplier base. Work closely with Legal to ensure contracts are commercially sound, risk-appropriate, and compliant. Make sure NDAs are in place before anything sensitive gets shared — every time.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Build and operate a supplier performance framework with clear KPIs across cost, quality, delivery, and compliance. Run regular supplier reviews, drive corrective action where needed, and use data to inform renegotiations and sourcing decisions.
