About the position
We are seeking a hands-on Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial Enablement Team at Adyen. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to provide insights and support to our commercial teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and more. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, creating scalable reports, and translating analyses into actionable strategies. The ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Responsibilities
- Full funnel insights; working with commercial teams to identify successful commercial flows
- Market & customer insights; helping commercial teams focus on the right merchants
- Sales effectiveness insights; helping commercial leads grow their team capabilities
- Creating scalable reports showcasing commercial success for various parts of the business
- Data management, including cleaning, connecting, and analyzing data to create insights
- Assisting team members in leveraging insights for optimizing commercial operations or trainings
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate professionally
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial analyst or in another analytical role in a commercial environment
- Experience with delivering analytical projects from beginning to end
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Skills to convert insights into tangible output such as optimized processes, tools, programs, reports, dashboards, or trainings
- Experienced in telling compelling and actionable data-driven narratives
