About the position

The job overview for the Partnerships Account Executive role at Jobber is to cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives, develop programs with strategic partners, identify businesses that could benefit from a partnership with Jobber, pitch partners on the value of a partnership, work with existing partners to ensure their success, collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute partnership strategies, and effectively sell the value of Jobber's offerings. The successful candidate will have a track record of success in partnership or enterprise sales roles, be both partner and product-minded, be strategic and results-oriented, be solution-oriented and creative in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives to showcase Jobber - Develop programs with strategic partners - Identify businesses that could benefit from a partnership with Jobber - Pitch partners on the value of a partnership with Jobber - Work with the Partnerships Account Manager to support existing partners - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies - Sell the value of Jobber's offerings, such as Jobber Payments and Integrations - Demonstrate success in partnership, business development, or enterprise sales roles - Be both partner and product-minded, building relationships with external partners and internal product teams - Set ambitious goals and develop strategies to achieve them - Thrive in outcome-oriented and merit-based work environments - Find solutions and think on your feet - Be creative in leveraging Jobber's capabilities

Requirements

- Demonstrated success in a results-driven partnership, business development or enterprise sales roles - Dynamic and able to develop strong relationships with external partners and internal product teams - Strategic thinker with the ability to set ambitious goals and create tactical plans - Results-oriented and comfortable in outcome-oriented and merit-based work environments - Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Creative and knowledgeable about Jobber's offerings
