Research Scientist

As part of the Blockchain Research team at Aptos, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and technology. The role involves working closely with the engineering team and focusing on various areas such as networking, consensus, cryptography, and scalability. The goal is to drive projects that advance Aptos and blockchain technology, leading to top-tier publications and integration into production. Aptos is seeking individuals with expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, programming languages, game theory, databases, security, and privacy. Strong communication skills are also required. The base salary range for this full-time position is $150k - $300k.
