About the position

We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in Consultancy Services and Software Licensing to join our team in São Paulo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing strategic solutions for client portfolios, creating and implementing complex sales strategies, and building relationships with new and potential clients. They will also be responsible for presenting products, financial analysis, and commercial proposals to clients, as well as monitoring the progress of projects and providing support to the sales team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in maximizing business opportunities and meeting client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar possibilidades de venda e avaliar as possibilidades de negócios de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes
  • Criar soluções estratégicas para o acompanhamento da carteira de clientes
  • Desenvolver estratégias de média e alta complexidades nos clientes, bem como operacionalizar os objetivos, com a finalidade de desenvolver a carteira de clientes da Empresa
  • Controlar as atividades relacionadas a preços e ajustes financeiros visando colocar em prática as estratégias comerciais de média e alta complexidades elaboradas com a equipe, a fim de realizar melhoria nas negociações
  • Realizar reuniões com clientes para apresentação dos produtos, análises financeiras, propostas comerciais, projetos técnicos, bem como o acompanhamento de projetos em andamento e apoio à equipe
  • Construir relacionamento com novos e potenciais clientes, expandindo contas de parceria da e-Core
  • Desenvolver planos de média e alta complexidade a fim de maximizar as oportunidades de negócios com cada cliente
  • Acompanhar novos leads, progresso dos negócios, compromissos e taxas de sucesso
  • Trabalhar com a equipe de vendas, com o objetivo de entender o portfólio de produtos
  • Conduzir reuniões com clientes, apresentações e relatórios internos
  • Oferecer produtos e serviços ao cliente de acordo com demanda específica alinhada com Sales Leader com o objetivo de atender as necessidades do cliente
  • Avaliar e solicitar a aprovação dos contratos e planilhas elaboradas pelo Sales Assistant, visando enviar os contratos para as empresas, após terem sido assinados pela Diretoria
  • Preencher e manter atualizado o CRM visando cadastrar as informações dos clientes com alto nível de assertividade sobre os prazos e fechamentos
  • Contatar os clientes a fim de obter informações sobre a entrega e satisfação em relação ao produto ou serviço, com o objetivo de

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Knowledge of market research and business analysis
  • Ability to create strategic solutions for client portfolio management
  • Strong negotiation and pricing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages
  • Understanding of software licensing and consulting services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Inglês intermediário/avançado
