Senior/ Lead Product Manager

The Senior/Lead Product Manager for Babylist will be responsible for driving consumer-facing product strategy and execution to help new parents navigate the experience of preparing for their baby. They will enhance existing registry, content, health and eCommerce experience, and develop brand new opportunities for new parents. The ideal candidate will be deeply rooted in understanding the customer and placing emphasis on the user experience, improving lives through the products they build. They will lead a cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers, Marketing, and other potential department members. The estimated pay range for this role is $157,000-220,000.

• Drive the full product management cycle for your roadmap: Discovery, Validation, Development, Launch and Measure/Iterate
• Partner with UX, Engineering, Leadership, and Marketing on new zero to one initiatives as well as optimizing and scaling current projects
• Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach to improving customer experience, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand our customer’s needs

• Experienced Product Manager with 6 or more years of experience
• Demonstrated deep empathy for users and expressed it in the details of design, interaction, and execution of products
• Data-driven utilizing insights to make informed decisions
• Able to independently identify, advocate for, and execute on new opportunities in the absence of a clear mandate
• Able to ruthlessly prioritize in order to get the right things done with the adaptability to pivot into different focus areas
• Led consumer products in marketplaces, services, or eCommerce where addressed the needs of multiple user groups and managed complex user journeys
