Senior People Ops Manager

We are looking for a Sr. People Ops Manager who will assist the Director of People in implementing and running HR programs, global HR systems, and managing the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who wants to eventually become a Director or VP of People. The successful candidate should have 5-7+ years of experience in HR, experience selecting and implementing HR systems for a company of 100+ employees, and a love for feedback. They should thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and have a positive and can-do attitude.

• Assist the Director of People in implementing and running HR programs
• Manage global HR systems
• Manage the full employee lifecycle
• Work across all functions, levels, and locations
• Eventually become a Director or VP of People
• Select and implement HR systems for a company of 100+ employees
• Benchmark compensation against the market and level set across functions
• Provide feedback and avoid formal performance reviews
• Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Maintain a positive and can-do attitude
• Possess high emotional intelligence
• Pay strong attention to detail
• Travel to other offices and company events as needed
• Create a distraction-free environment for employees to do their best work

• 5-7+ years of experience in HR, ideally with 3+ years working as a generalist
• Experience selecting and implementing HR systems for a company of 100+ employees
• Experience with benchmarking compensation against the market and level setting across functions
• A love for feedback, a hatred for formal performance reviews
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Extremely positive and can-do attitude

• Ability to do some travel to other offices and for company events
