Analyst - Quote to Invoice, Policy, Process, Governance

• Key liaison between the Quote to Invoice team (Q2I) and IT
• Build business requirements documentation for new projects in the Q2I space
• Define use cases for testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Prioritize cross-functional enhancement requests within Q2I
• Conduct user acceptance testing and enable team members
• Collaborate with sales enablement on communications of sales-impacting system changes
• Backup for data quality review in Salesforce
• Backup for processing approved post-booking data updates in Salesforce
• Backup for analysis to ensure data integration completeness and accuracy between various systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, BigQuery)
• Run successful quote to invoice process design to implementation projects
• Remain focused on business outcomes and manage conflicting requirements
• Influence decision makers using a data-driven approach
• Reporting and dashboarding experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Salesforce/CPQ or similar CRM
• Handle and prioritize multiple requests from various channels
• Basic familiarity with AR/billing business processes
• Understanding of subscription sales process for self-managed, cloud, and Marketplace transactions
• Experience with Jira and NetSuite (a plus)
• Collaborate for the overall success of the team
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones
