Email Marketing Manager

This role is focused on driving growth at Fresh Prints, a fast-growing custom apparel startup based in NYC. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in email marketing, campaigns, and funnel optimization. They will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, collaborating with the creative team, running A/B experiments, analyzing campaign performance, and finding creative solutions to grow the email database. • Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop email content, graphics, and messaging
• Run A/B experiments to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates
• Proof and QA campaigns to ensure error-free execution
• Analyze and report on campaign performance
• Find creative solutions to grow the email database
• Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies
• Maintain best practices for high email deliverability
• Work with the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels

• 2+ years of experience with email marketing and funnel optimization
• Proficient in using email marketing and automation tools like Iterable, Hubspot, etc
• Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
