Responsibilities
- Field inbound phone, email & SMS inquiries
- Manage and guide phone conversations to qualify leads and pass them on to leasing agents
- Understand prospective resident needs and help them make the decision to tour a unit
- Track and manage leads in CRM system
- Support leasing agents and provide quick solutions to their questions
- Develop deep knowledge of rental process in San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles neighborhoods
- Source new tenant opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, agents, and other departments to exceed leasing occupancy goals and objectives
Requirements
- Must be organized and possess excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service and meeting sales goals
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to field inbound phone, email, and SMS inquiries
- Ability to manage and guide phone conversations to qualify leads for leasing agents
- Understanding of prospective resident needs and ability to convince them to tour a unit
- Ability to track and manage leads in CRM system
- Support leasing agents and provide quick solutions to their questions
- Develop deep knowledge of rental process in San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles neighborhoods
- Source new tenant opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

- Mastery of effective sales interactions
