About the position
The job overview for the Inside Sales Coordinator position at Veritas, an NYC-based start-up, is to field inbound inquiries through various channels and guide conversations to successfully qualify leads for the leasing agents. The coordinator will need to understand prospective resident needs and convince them to tour a unit, while also tracking and managing leads in the CRM system. Additionally, the coordinator will provide support to leasing agents and prospective residents, develop a deep knowledge of the rental process in different neighborhoods, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed leasing occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound phone, email & SMS inquiries
- Manage and guide phone conversations to qualify leads and pass them on to leasing agents
- Understand prospective resident needs and help them make the decision to tour a unit
- Track and manage leads in CRM system
- Support leasing agents and provide quick solutions to their questions and prospective residents' questions
- Develop deep knowledge of rental process in San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles neighborhoods
- Source new tenant opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, agents, and other departments to exceed leasing occupancy goals
- Master the art of effective communication and sales interactions
Requirements
- Must be organized and possess excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service and meeting sales goals
- Adaptability and flexibility
