About the position

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) at InMobi, you will be responsible for managing named publisher accounts and driving adoption and outcomes to increase revenue growth and penetration of the InMobi platform. Your role will involve developing strategic partnerships with premium customers, focusing on programmatic revenue opportunities and cross-selling and upselling to enhance the value delivered and strengthen the relationship between InMobi and the publisher. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal product and sales stakeholders to explore new avenues of supply and revenue growth through customized ad-formats, involved ad-experiences, and better user segment targeting. Reporting to the Senior Partner Manager, EMEA + APAC, you will oversee a multi-million-dollar customer portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage named publisher accounts
  • Drive adoption and outcomes leading revenue growth and deeper penetration of InMobi platform
  • Help top app developer houses and large publishers with their monetization strategy and scale-up of ad-revenues
  • Develop strategic partnerships with premium customers to grow their digital advertising business
  • Focus on the programmatic revenue opportunity
  • Cross-sell and upsell to increase the value delivered and strengthen the relationship between InMobi and the publisher
  • Interact with internal product and sales stakeholders to explore new avenues of supply and revenue growth
  • Report to the Senior Partner Manager, EMEA + APAC
  • Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Location: South Korea
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. MBA is preferred, not a necessity
  • Language: Fluency and proficiency in Korean language. Ability to speak and write in English with internal stakeholders
  • Industry Type: Online/Digital Media or Internet Business
  • Functional Area: Sales/Business Development
  • Proven track record for developing strong customer relationships, and ability to work cross functionally across various internal teams
  • 3-5 years of experience working within Online/Digital Media, developing key partnerships with clients, especially in the South Korean markets
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Korean language. Willing to communicate in English internally
  • Flexible & startup mindset with proven success in fast-paced work environments
  • Prior experience of handling & scaling customer accounts with significant revenue scale
