About the position
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven People Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with our business objectives and needs. As a People Partner, you will be responsible for managing the A-Z People agenda for dedicated departments, with support from our Talent Acquisition Specialist and People service specialists. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of our organization by effectively managing our people-related processes and strategies. Responsibilities
- Align People (HR) initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs
- Manage A-Z People agenda for dedicated departments
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist for recruitment support
- Collaborate with People service specialists for legal topics
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Support performance management processes
- Conduct training and development programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Requirements
- Experienced and results-driven People Partner
- Ability to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs
- Responsible for A-Z People agenda for dedicated departments
- Supported by Talent Acquisition Specialist and People service specialists
- Salary from 2200 EUR / month gross

- Participating and leading strategic projects within the Global People team
- Previous experience with Compensation and Benefit area is a big advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor code
- Knowledge of payroll processes is an advantage
- Fluent in English
