Performance Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Performance Analyst to join our Creatives team at Wildlife. As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creatives that take our UA campaigns to the next level. Your responsibilities will include managing the production process, analyzing metrics related to creative performance in UA campaigns, and collaborating with key stakeholders in the Marketing department. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced and growing business environment.

• Be responsible for the production process, enabling the deliverable of all the creatives used in UA Campaigns
• Manage alignments with all stakeholders of the process to ensure there are no roadblocks
• Plan and prioritize demands of all the games of the company based on capacity and potential
• Propose measurement performance metrics to ensure the process is bulletproof and develop strategies for improvement
• Support analysis by defining metrics and building dashboards related to creatives' performance in UA campaigns
• Plan, build, and maintain the department's data pipelines
• Establish relationships with partners inside and outside the company to ensure growth efficiency and maximum reach of several games

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related experience
• Broad knowledge of statistics
• Basic programming skills, preferably R and SQL
• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze metrics and data and propose appropriate action
• Strong organizational skills: ability to execute tasks autonomously based on priorities
• Strong communication skills: advanced writing and speaking in English, ability to synthesize analysis into insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
• Analytical frame of mind and understanding of marketing campaign scalability
