QA Software Engineer

As a QA Software Engineer, you will be responsible for performing quality control and ensuring the product launch of Edison Software's intelligent solutions. Working with a top-notch engineering and data team, you will be involved in demand analysis, testing schedule planning, bug tracking, and quality analysis. Your role will also involve identifying improvement areas in the QA process, improving team efficiency and product quality, and following up on user feedback to solve problems in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to design simple automated testing projects and work with modern QA tools and technologies. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in QA-related functions, is required for this role.

• Perform quality control from 0 to 1, including demand analysis, testing schedule planning, design and execute testing, bug tracking, and quality analysis.
• Identify improvement areas in the QA process and improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Plan the QA schedule, design application examples, execute bug tracking, and ensure product launch.
• Improve QA plan, document, and formulate a project database.
• Follow up user feedback with the Engineering team to solve user problems in a timely manner.
• Design simple automated testing projects, including sample organizing and simple coding.
• Learn and work with modern QA tools, professional QA technologies, and SOPs.
• Utilize QA-related Python and stress test tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, DOCKER, simple Linux, and Pytest is a plus.
• Have a BS in Computer Science or EE degree, or related majors.
• Have 1+ years of working experience in QA-related functions.
• Possess good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understand engineering best practices and agile development methodology.
• Be good at summarizing and continuously optimizing the test process.
