Seasonal Experience Associate, Part-Time

The role of Seasonal Experience Support at CAMP is a part-time position that involves welcoming and engaging with guests, playing with and demonstrating products, assisting with store processes and procedures, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work during the busy holiday season. Prior experience in retail or related fields is preferred but not required. Welcome guests with a custom greeting and positive attitude

Play with and engage with families as they journey through CAMP

Demo and play with products

Perform store opening and closing checklist processes

Assist with back of house processes and procedures as needed, including product replenishment

Accurately process POS transactions and capture customer information

Assist in the canteen or experience by providing floor coverage and exceeding customer service standards

Adhere to all policies and procedures, with a focus on loss prevention, operational excellence, and customer engagement

Start and end shift check-ins with leadership daily

Follow CAMP gift wrapping guidelines

Partner with store leadership team to address issues and communicate recommendations

Assist and upsell to customers using the C.A.M.P method

Assist with cleaning and maintaining the canteen, party rooms, restrooms, and experience areas

Work at least one weekend day per week, ideally both

Work during the busy holiday season

Work between 10-15 hours per week, with potential for up to 20 hours based on business needs and availability

Possess prior work experience in retail, child care, child development/education, performing arts, or improv (preferred but not required)

Have basic computer skills

Be detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills

Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Perform additional responsibilities as needed

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift items weighing up to 50lbs

• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
