Senior Product Manager, NYC

As a Senior Product Manager at Entera, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission by owning and solving challenging customer problems. You will have the opportunity to become an expert and leader in key focus areas within the product portfolio. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will establish a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting research to deeply understand customer problems, developing project briefs and product requirements, and building relationships with cross-functional teams to enable the creation of amazing products. Real estate domain professional experience is strongly preferred for this role.

• Become the expert and leader for key focus areas within the product portfolio
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to establish a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for product areas
• Lead discovery and research efforts to deeply understand customer problems
• Develop project briefs, product requirements documents, and specifications for new features and enhancements
• Establish and build relationships with engineers, designers, marketers, and customer stakeholders to enable product creation
• Partner with marketing, customer-facing teams, and customers to ensure successful launches of new products
• Use data to monitor engagement and ensure ongoing success, and communicate learnings to support ongoing growth
• Make a compelling case for prioritization and roadmapping decisions
• Passionate about Real Estate, PropTech, and/or have professional relevant domain experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish a vision and strategy, and align executive stakeholders around the plan of action
• Ability to break down complex problems and design elegant solutions with a focus on usability

• 6-8+ years of product management experience

• Competitive salary range of $124,000 to $190,000 plus an annual bonus
