About the position
Software Engineering Interns at Sentry have the opportunity to work on real projects and contribute to the development of software monitoring tools. They are matched with a specific team based on their interests and experience, and are responsible for designing, developing, and shipping programming solutions that provide value to customers. The role emphasizes mentorship and collaboration with world-class engineers, as well as the opportunity to contribute to open-source projects. Qualifications include enrollment in a computer science or similar degree program, previous internship experience, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Javascript. The position is available from February 2024 onwards.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate degree program in Computer Science (or similar)
- At least 1 previous internship or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Python, Javascript, or a similar dynamic programming language through internships, personal projects (GitHub), or coding competitions
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Availability from February 2024 onwards
- Willingness to relocate to Vienna for the duration of the internship
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Minimum wage requirement of EUR 37,954 gross per year (adjusted salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross per year)
