SVP of Real Estate and Facilities Management- Charlotte or Atlanta

Pretium Enterprise Services is seeking a Head of Real Estate and Facilities Management to oversee the management of their property and related finances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, ensuring the good condition of infrastructure, and optimizing the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. They should possess extensive experience in real estate and/or facilities management, with strong financial knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively across levels and functions.

• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure keeping financial and non-financial records
• Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure
• Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers
• Acting as internal point of contact for Aviation function and handling all founder air travel and jet contract sourcing
• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Reviewing utility consumption and striving to minimize costs
• Controlling activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
• Allocating office space according to needs
• Handling insurance plans and service contracts
• Performing analysis and forecasting and contributing to a transparent Enterprise Services performance dashboard with appropriate metrics and measures
• Working with operating companies to understand strategy and build recommendations and long-term vision and plan.

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, project management, facility management, or other relevant field
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in real estate or facilities manager or relevant position
• Extensive experience in real estate and/or facilities management
• Sound financial knowledge
• Ability to successfully manage an enterprise-wide real estate strategy and associated management of facilities

• Annual base salary range for this role is expected to be approximately $250,000
