Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic multi-channel marketing strategies for Kodiak's food products. They will collaborate with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms. The role will involve strategic planning, campaign strategy development, product positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, collaboration with creatives, competitor analysis, demand generation, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the food sector, experience in driving impactful strategies, and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns.

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies
• Develop marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels
• Define clear and compelling product positioning and messaging
• Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement go-to-market plans
• Collaborate with internal creative team to develop captivating stories
• Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies
• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns
• Define key performance indicators for each marketing campaign
• Track campaign performance and analyze data
• Make data-driven adjustments to tactics and strategies
• Report on all campaigns in-flight and after completion
