About the position

The job overview for this position is to develop and implement a group-wide HR reporting system, analyze key HR figures to provide actionable recommendations, create dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs, and contribute to projects such as benchmarking and compensation evaluations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business/economics/human resources or a related field, at least 4 years of experience in controlling and/or people analytics, excellent Excel reporting skills, and experience working with various stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive and structured approach to work are also required. Fluency in English is necessary, and German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Development and responsibility of a group-wide HR reporting and implementation in the entire organization
  • Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of key HR figures to derive recommendations for action and for strategic HR planning
  • Development of dashboards and reports to allow regular tracking of KPI's
  • Conduct personnel cost planning, including budgeting and forecasting process in close cooperation with Controlling, HR Business Partners, cost center managers, and management
  • Proactive identification of initiatives and further development opportunities for HR Controlling
  • Contribution to projects such as the execution of benchmarks and evaluations of compensation models
  • Successfully completed degree with focus on business/economics/human resources or similar
  • 4+ years professional experience in controlling and/or people analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Excellent Excel reporting skills and experience
  • Experience in working with various stakeholders (e.g. to collect data, to align on planning, to present information etc)
  • Capable of coordinating and planning the processes
  • Accuracy, reconciliation, and detail-oriented approach
  • Affinity with reporting tools, HR tools, ERPs, and IT as general
  • Strong understanding of numbers as well as very good analytical and communication skills
  • Highly conscientious and careful handling of sensitive data. Absolute integrity and trustworthiness are second nature to you
  • Outstanding proactivity, independent, team orientation as well as a pragmatic and structured way of working
  • Exceptional communication skills that ensure placement as an internal business partner for our business units
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
