Customer Success Associate

The job overview for the Customer Success Associate role is to manage the audit process, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement to meet client's key performance indicators. This role is responsible for reducing overcharges, optimizing invoice management, and providing actionable data critical to the clients' business. The Customer Success Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhance customer experience. This role has the potential for growth into a Customer Success Manager position. The role is located in Chicago and requires in-office presence multiple days per week.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day audit process for clients
• Proactively identify changes we can make to our internal application in order to improve and enable automation to the audit process
• Partner cross functionally with Customer Success, Engineering and Product to provide critical feedback on the audit process and make suggested improvements
• Analyze freight cost data; identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing

• Experience in managing the audit process
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in the audit process
• Knowledge of automation techniques to improve the audit process
• Ability to provide critical feedback and suggest improvements to the audit process
• Analytical skills to analyze freight cost data and identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams
• Aptitude and interest in growing into a Customer Success Manager role
• Located in Chicago and able to work in the office multiple days per week
