Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for implementing quality management programs and ensuring compliance with infant formula manufacturing regulations and standards. This hands-on role requires maintaining environmental and raw material sampling programs, analyzing data for compliance, participating in investigations and audits, and training staff. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Implement quality management programs such as environmental monitoring program and raw material inspection program
• Ensure company's quality standards and procedures are met at BlendHouse
• Ensure compliance with all applicable infant formula manufacturing regulations and standards
• Maintain the environmental sampling program and perform routine sample collection
• Assist with raw material sampling and submission of samples for testing
• Coordinate with external laboratories for sample submission and receipt of materials
• Interpret and evaluate data for compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Analyze results to identify trends and provide summaries of environmental data to management and appropriate departments
• Participate in investigations relating to deviation and nonconformance
• Assist in completing documentation including event reporting, corrective actions, change controls, hold reports, SOPs, and forms
• Participate in internal and external regulatory audits
• Train and develop site staff as necessary
• Follow laboratory and plant GMP and safety procedures
• Perform general lab and lab-related administrative functions
• Perform additional duties as requested by Quality management
